I'm looking to do some testing and was wondering if anyone had one of the newer style speed sensors that goes into the transmission.

Are they a direct swap for the cable type fitting that is on our older transmissions? If they screw in, then they should probably work without any issues.

Someone's got to have one of these laying around that they yanked from a newer trans they swapped into their Legacy.

I do....came out of the Forester trans in my Legacy. And yes, they're interchangeable.
