Well, I just signed up with you guys so this is my initial email. A little background on myself, I am a Subie fanatic much like everyone on this list. My dad owned the Subaru dealership in Marquette, MI so I was raised riding around in just about every model made. My first car was an 87 GL which is still putting along with 287 grand on the odometer but is out of commision untill I can do a little work to it and put in a new radiator. My baby now is a 90 Legacy L AWD and I am looking to do as much work to it as my bankbook will allow. I am looking at souping it up by bolting on a rear spoiler, some decent rims and tires, and of course some better tunes to begin with then going from there. I have been a little overwhelmed on all the info and web pages on the internet so if you guys can point me to a few GREAT sights specifically for the early model Legacies, accesories, and tech info it would ! be much appreciated. Thanks, John

Hey John welcome, Check out my site www.personal.psu.edu/jcc189/subaru/subaru.html I have a 90 legacy. I've got what I've done to the car, wheels, tires, struts, sway-bar, intake, and a bit about stereo. Check it out, may give you some ideas and what not.

Hello everyone,

I currently run a MB 300TE Auto. However, this wonderful old car is 140,000
miles old now and is beginning to feel her age, so it has to go! I have been
asking around and doing a bit of research in the UK about sourcing a Legacy
Auto. I found this guy:

http://www.autolinkuk.co.uk/ <http://www.autolinkuk.co.uk/>

Rang him and chatted for a bit. He is reluctant to take the MB in p/ex due
to its mileage and the fact he only deals with import cars. Very honest I
thought. So I will sell the MB on privately, and view a few cars. Is there
an FAQ to help me avoid a lemon, or can one of you guys help me out? I need
an auto as my wife suffers chronic back pain.

Many Thanks in advance,

RS,

Ride fast, ride slow, party and do dumb stuff.
