Would I ever be able to make this work? Down the line
I have a guy that wants to trade this, or top-feed dw650cc injectors, Grimmspeed EBC, JDM tgvs Grimmspeed intake manifold...or Perrin inlet or up-pipe. For my ej22t block with the spun sleeve.

What we need to do is make a tgv delete that goes from sti intake manifold to phase 1 dohc converter

This might change your mind. It shows that SOHC EJ25 big plenum manifolds flow more CFM than the sti manifold. Also has less runner to runner flow variation. Longer runners generally makes for more low end torque which is good for turbo engines because the turbo picks up the slack later on and carries it through the rev range. Shorter runners are better for NA higher rev engines.
