Are the STI headers bolt on for our cars? Are there any benifits to doing it?

they are bolt on, ports are slightly bigger. other than that, they are good to have if you are missing headers for your motor

pm pics of the oil pans. I'm looking for the pan that has a flush bottom where the drain plug comes out the side. Mine hangs downward and I can't put my skidplate on. Thanks.
