I have a full set of 01 outback suspension top hats springs struts all still together with less then 130k on them

Front struts would conceivable work(with correct tops hat swap and maybe even springs). Rear is a entirely different animal and scrap metal as far as these cars are concerned.

Yup. 00+ Legacy/Outback is completely different and incompatible in the rear.
