Hey guys,
I am not going to be at our team's garage until Friday. Would you be able to tell me the dia of the tubing used for the stock BPV on a 1991 turbo legacy. I did some quick searching but it never came up.

I think the question was what is the size of the recirculation hose, not the vacuum hose. I want to say it's 3/4" inside diameter but I'm not sure.

You're right, kimokalihi -- It's 19mm, which is almost exactly the same as 3/4".

Hey guys. I should have been more specific. What it the OD of the tubes to the BPV? I am ordering some of those "heat tubes" to go over it to protect it from the exhaust on our new layout.
Thanks.

Oh, the outer diameter of the hoses? It's pretty close to 1 inch; I know I've "patched" that tubing by slipping 1" heater hose over the outside before.

a little unrelated, but im changing my stick turbo for a TD04 and WRX intercooler. should i use the stock BPV system or upgrade to a WRX BPV system? the return was bigger on the WRX one i believe. not to mention the BPV is way different.

If possible use the WRX one. It will be less worn out and if bigger that's a plus as well. I wasn't able to use it with my manifold due to the IAC being in the way.
