Carpet Replacement? 2004 Forester Donor?

Found a guy on a local forum that has a brand new looking black carpet out of an 2004 Forester that he wants $75 for. It is the best deal I have found for carpet that doesn't look worse than what I have.
Will this fit? He states the floorpan design is very similar and I am getting him to measure it out for me but wanted to see if anyone has done this before I become the guinea pig.
