Help, I have searched high and low for a boost controller. Here is a link to a website I found. I have funds, so I dont mind spending a wide range of money. Also where can I get a managment system? I love this car I just am not sure what to do next.

I don't think you're searching right.

Plus you mention a link and there isn't one. Get a hallman pro manual boost controller. I'm running it and many others do too. Easy intstallation and simple reliable control.

Hi,
If you're serious about 'management system', please read the
rob tune ej20 thread. That is the best option, IMHO, for getting more power for the least amount of work and $$.
You'll need to get an intercooler and bigger injectors, but you'll @ least need the intercooler anyway.

Yeah I'm going through R&H garage by green lake WA and there going to put in AEM boost gauge, AEM wide band o2 sensor, hallman pro MBC, dp and cat back for me. Then with that they include a few free dyno runs to set everything up. The said I should be looking at getting up around 10-12 psi with all of this. What do you guys think my stock motor will safely be able to handle? By stock, I mean everything, fuel injectors, everything.

10ish is safe with the stock turbo (VF11) and stock injectors/MAF/ECU tune. For more than that I'd like to see an intercooler too. With the IC you would probably be good to 12 or so, but keep in mind that stock boost is already 9psi and fuel cut is at 13psi. At 13psi you would be running out of MAF flow and injector capacity.

MAF? Im in the works of getting some yellow top side feed injectors, a td04, tmic, and now i need to find someone selling the fuel rails that will house the 550cc yello top injectors. Does anyone know of anything?

I still have the fuel rails you need and now I have the fuel pressure regulator as well. MAF = Mass Airflow Sensor. Sensor that measures how much air is being consumed by the engine at any given time.

Yellow side feeds sold

bummer. Oh well, just gotta wait a but longer. Kimo sell those rails if you want, but if you happen to hang on to them. I'll get them in the future when I find the injectors

I'd say that's a bit high. The intercooler with Y pipe and clamps is only worth about $60 if it's the stock hard plastic (useless) Y pipe. The TD04 depending on condition and mileage is only worth between $80-$120. If it's silicone Y pipe that is the correct one to be modified to fit our cars then ad another $40. So $160-$200 tops. $250 is too high.

yeah its silicone. I'll shjopot him an offer then. Thanks man! He says minimal shaft play with the turbo blades. Last thing I want to do is have to rebuild that.

Wait are you buying the oil pump and water pump as well? If theyre new that's a steal for $250.

yeah they are newer. So 250 is a good deal then? Yeah he wants to sell it as a package for the deal

Do you need the pumps? They're not worth much used. No sense wasting money if you don't need them.
