Transmission ID?

I've been trying to ID a transmission that I picked up, but haven't been able to find anything about it. The trans code is: 3V-TY752VA2AA.

I've looked on http://spda-online.ca/modules/tinyconte ... tc_28.html and http://www.northursalia.com/techdocs/tr ... ychart.pdf, but they don't have that code in their database. I also looked at http://www.main.experiencetherave.com/s ... decode.jpg, but to be honest, this doesn't really tell me much about it either.

Basically what I want to know is the gearing of the transmission, and if it has and LSD in it (I was told multiple times it does).

Can anyone help me out with this? If there are any more numbers I can pull off the trans to help, let me know.

Thanks,
-Jason

Awesome, thanks. I've seen a lot of people reference this Hollander interchange before. What is it, and can I get a copy of it somewhere?

Also, does it say anything about if it is open vs LSD?

If it's from a USDM Legacy it's an open front diff.

The problem is I'm not real sure what it came from. I was told it came from some JDM 2.5RS, but I don't know if that's true or not.

Based on the decode info on my server, I'd say it came from a 91 MT US Legacy, which has a 4.111 final drive ratio.

If it were a JDM model, it would likely have a different engine code
