So after wire brushing away some of the paint to expose some rusty areas, it appears as though my rocker panel is blown out and almost nothing left towards the end, I wanted to know if someone knew a place to get rocker panel , dogleg or rear quarter replacement panels, mine are toasted and aside from a lot of filler, fiberglass clothes and bondo etc there is noway around it....MAYBE rivet in a piece of metal or something...
if anyone has any suggestions one where I can get this stuff or what else I could do

I haven't seen them available. I got a decent set cut off of a part-out, but I was going to make my own until then. I'm using automotive epoxy to put mine on. I'm cutting the area out, flanging it, then epoxying the "new" pieces into place. The seam will still have to be filled with glass reinforced filler, but it would be the same thing with the typical spot welding job (unless someone was doing the entire panel at the OEM spot welds, of course). Mine isn't as bad as yours, though, as my sills are in decent shape. I got a flanger to do the, well, flanges, in the sheet metal and a crimper for making the inside curves where the metal wraps into the wheel well from the outside. I forget what the crimper is called exactly, but it's easy enough to find in a search. They come with inside and outside curve dies.

Hmm nice to have the correct tools, I am just using some scrap metal flashing and n epoxy to attach it the flashing has a Lip on ot the same size as the seem inside the wheel well so it is perfect lol ghetto but no one will know. Then fiberglass bondo and paint should come out nice...now if I could get the car to start lol

wow pricey....i am thinkin custom rockers seeing how it will probably be for free if I make it..I was thinking a metal framewire riveted into place with a fiber cloth over that as a skin. Should work, just hopefully nothing smashes into it
