Gasket Sealers?

Any opinions if you should/shouldn’t use a sealer on head gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, and exhaust gaskets?

I have heard that some gaskets indicate that a sealer should not be used. If the gasket doesn’t state anything should you put a sealer on it? Any suggested sealers?

Thanks.

I found out that you shouldn't use a sealer with stock (or any other?) head gasket. Also, it's a lot easier to install it without a sealer on it. A sealer works OK with the exhaust manifold gasket, and with the sotck intake manifold it wasn't needed (and again would have been harder to install).
