hey guys i need some input i have a slant type tmic and and looking to replace the forester type tmic, just because id like to see something fit better clean up under the hood so to speak. Anyway for anyone that runs one did you keep the stock coolant tank? any problems you ran into? any advice?

You will likely have to relocate or modify how the stock coolant tank is oriented. I kept the stock tank with my AWIC setup and just rotated it.

will that "y pipe" hose you got work for the slant style? thanks for the info

That hose is the inlet hose to the intercooler and is likely going to be different than the Y pipe that hooks up to the intercooler core.
