is the harness under the intake manifold different between turbo and n/a?
and I know some years had different plugs on the end so what harness will work on my 93 turbo?

they are very different, but can be re pinned if you have both diagrams.

The only direct plug-nplay for you would be a '92-'94 turbo. Non-turbos are close enough to re-pin, but you gotta deal with the round connecter seperately (they are all grounds).

Actually.....for all intents and purposes, they're really not that different. The only real difference is where the coolant temp sensors is located. Other than that, they're the same.

For my ej22t swap I peeled back the tape and loom on my non-turbo harness to move the coolant temp sensors to the driver's side. I did that, taped it all back up, and it's working fine. It's a MUCH easier option to relocate the coolant temp sensor wiring so you can keep your non-turbo harness and match it with the body harness behind the battery.

Yes if you don't want to mess with the body harness, then you need a 92-94 turbo engine harness, assuming you have a 92-94 turbo Legacy.
