Yes you can, you'll have to separate the top and lower coolant lines apart from each other since the center section of the turbo are a different spacing between them. Get new crush washers. Oil feed should be the same as the td04.

How do I know which lines are what? Is there a thread or a link to pictures I can look at? I know there are two lines on top and two on either the side or the bottom. Which lines are what and where can I get crush washers?

The oil feed line to the turbo is the small diameter line that comes from the head. The oil return is the larger pipe on the bottom that goes back into the head.
The coolant lines are on the side of the turbo and as mentioned, there is a tab that connects them. Just cut that tab and you can bolt them right up to the TD04.
I don't know if the TD04 is the same as the TD05, but in order to use the vf11 coolant lines I had to drill out the hole so the larger TD05 banjo bolt could go through. I'm not sure if the TD04 is the same.

If I bought a a full set of the lines would that be easier? The turbo as it sits has no fittings coming from in between the front and exhaust halves.

You will use all your old vf11 lines.
