More more more more power?

so i have a stock legacy 2.2 wagon and would like to know what i can do to get a little more power or am i just shooting my self in the foot, can these cars be fast or am i wasting my time ?

Depends on what you consider "fast"... fast to some is really slow to others.
"Little more power" ? sure, that's easy.
First make sure it's tuned up correctly and in decent mechanical shape (air filter, fluids, plugs/wires, fuel injectors, throttle body clean, etc).
Best to also do a compression and leakdown test to see if you have some very basic problems. If compression sucks, adding stuff on and driving it hard will only cause a bigger failure later.
Easy bolt-on mods = underdrive lightweight pulleys, snorkus, cone filter, TB and/or intake manifold spacers (gains have been questionable but it's an easy bolt-on and probably decent for an N/A engine), exhaust, etc etc....
Bigger HP mods = make or drop-in a turbo motor (discussed at length and in detail, requires a lot more time, $, and effort)
