It is rubbing against my td04 where the innercooler y pipe would connect.

Looked a few build threads (or the sticky in the intercooler forum)? Various people have pics of how it was done. Bottom line, it's not fun or pretty...

yeah justt got done reading up on it. So should I pull the whole f pipe and the tubing off and buy the same size but with more length? I put the td04 on today with the oil feed tube (the one that points down) and that was kind of a hassle. retty sure its on tight enough though.

I would suggest getting some emissions hose and fittings to reroute things. It's something you'll just have to play with to make fit.

Yeah, I see how everyone extends it so I went to auto zone last night and bought the three different sizes in two ft lengths. Going to try to get the f pipe fabed up today and re mount the td04. All Im waiting on then is auto zone to get me new copper crush washers and the silicone 90 from here
http://www.siliconeintakes.com/product_ ... 5d9a399498. What size silicone pipe do i need for the throttle body to intercooler?

I am pretty sure it's 3" from the TB to intercooler.

Do you think that 90 is the way to go? I was wondering if I can use the stock 05 wrx y pipe and extend that or if i should just order a new y pipe, and wouldnt i be ordering one for a different year then my 05 tmic? Thanks alot!

I haven't dealt with the tmic installs, so I'll let someone else chime in.
