Tail lights/dash lights

My father on law calls me (300miles away) and tells me he has no tails or dash lights. All fuses are good. Everything else works fine. Replace switch? 95 leggy L wagon awd.
Does he have front side/corner lights? What about the headlights? If the switch was bad I would suspect these would also not work.
Does he have reverse lights or turn signals?
Does any of the indicators or other lights in the dash work?
