Hey all, I a long time lurker, finally registered to ask let you guys know about this. I currently working on a 1st gen wagon spoiler at my glass shop and I wanted to see if anyone out there is interested in this sort of thing. Trying to find a nice spoiler for the wagon is tough and Im tired of hacking up plain-jane 2nd-3rd gen versions. Im not going to do a bunch of "group buy" bs, I'm just going to make a few and let you all know when they are finished. Mock up:
There will be glass and carbon versions of it as well. Let me know your thoughts guys.

Ok, finally made some progress, the shop I work at has been very busy.
Anyhoo:

The bases are a perfect molded fit that will go on with 3m adhesive tape, no drilling. I hope to have a few done this week. Ran out of white gel-coat though, so the first set of them will be black. Working on another more aggressive style as well.

Another pic, full car view. Finishing the final mold tonight. Going to start another thread in the vender forum, see if there is any interest there.

I'll be starting on a front lip and side skirts tomorrow...

Ok, so I did a few final fitting tweak 'n trims. Today wasn't over 95 so I could actually touch the car during the day without burning myself (I live in phoenix

).
Then sealed the surface:

Oooo, shiny.

I use a little pigment in the sealing resin to help me find any low/high spots. Almost ready for some mold wax at this point.
