Turnover without Start, plus Unmoveable

I have a 1993 Subaru Legacy L, all stock with about 150k on the clock. It is not currently running for whatever reason. It has fuel, spark and it turns over but will not start. This happened after about three hours of downtime, previously it was running perfectly fine. After towing it it was noted that the car was stuck by some device ( yes it's in neutral, no the e-brake isn't on.) All fuses were checked and came up clear, MAF appears clean and in good condition, all fluids are good, tested with starter fluid - no result. I'm under the impression that the tranny might have a fried component, or the some component of the clutch has failed. Anyone have any insight as to what the problem may be?

Welcome to the BBS.

If you have fuel & spark, but it won't start I'd suggest checking the timing belt. It may have slipped a tooth, which could be preventing it from running. The timing mark for the crank sprocket is on the back of the crank gear, not the arrow on the front. Line up the marks on the cam pullies and crank gear and make sure they are aligned properly.

Here are scans from the factory manual on doing the timing belt.
