Soo my brakes are shot, need new rotors and pads. I have a 93 legacy ss and there is a complete set of front and rear rotors, pads and calipers all good off a NA for 100 local... Is it worth it to downgrade to those for that price? I know the rears are identical but our fronts aren't. Lemme know what u think

Definitely don't downgrade -- the stock turbo brakes are barely good enough as it is. You can get a cheap set of turbo rotors and pads brand new online for less than $100 shipped. Look at Rock Auto or World Auto Parts or All Foreign.

Also, the rears aren't the same. Turbo rear brake rotors are ventilated and non-turbos are solid. Also, the calipers have a larger piston than the ones on non-turbo sedans.

Thnx for the advice and quick response! Are those 100 sets gonna be shitty though?

In my experience, cheap rotors are fine and cheap ceramic pads are at least as good as stock semimetallic pads.

Duralast rotors from your local autozone or something. Cheap blanks are all you need for rotors. Then get some Stoptech Street Performance pads. Very cheap, but very effective. Or Bendix from RockAuto.
