1990 subaru legacy gt wagon

fully closed deck 2.0L turbo quad cam ej20g (190hp 190tq)

I bought it not running, replaced the coil packs with low low milage jdm wrx ej20g coil packs and new plugs. been driving it for the past week and have put 200+ km on it runs amazing now.
everything is bone stock and really clean, even has the 5 factory floor mats in good condition.
only mods are wheels with winter tires, alpine deck and my apexi intake
the body is in amazing condition for a 22 year old car, the passenger fender has some rust but i will be fixing the fender before the sale paint could use a polish but no major scratches or dents and the headliner is sagging slightly.

these cars are getting harder and harder to find especially in this condition, there isn't a single 1st gen legacy on the auctions right now even.

All of the jdm options what the north american legacy's never got all work perfectly some differences between jdm and usdm are:
Glass headlights with city lights (ours are plastic and yellow really bad)
Glass fog lights (no legacy got factory fogs)
Power drivers seat (never got power seats here)
Sporty Steering button, tightens the feel (never got that here)
Auto climate control (never got it here)
air/water intercooler (didnt even get intercoolers in north america)
bigger turbo
dohc heads (ours were sohc)
side skirts and rear lip (never got them here)
raised roof
factory momo steering wheel













I am asking 6000 obo
if you want to low ball me go for it, but odds are ill say no, or ill put all the stock cracked intake boxed back on, take my deck back out and keep the momo and instal a usdm steering wheel

I would definitely roll in this, and dare I say... I'd even leave it auto.

Were I still in my days of wanton financial irresponsibility, I would definitely buy it.

it doesnt have to be 25 years old to import, it just makes it easier. i have had countless 90's imported cars and registered them no prob.

back on the thread, i would love to have this but i just went through a divorce so money is tight.

How do you import it legally? Everyone always says you'd have to have a ridiculously expensive safety test done on them or something crazy like that.

its not that ridiculous, only $1500. as for how i get them, that is a secret that i cant reveal due to it being a source of income for me.

if you're willing to bring it to the states and do the work to sell it down there message me and we can work out a deal if you want.

DUDE!!! i just went through a fucking divorce and lost almost everything! so, why is it surprising that im broke? i buy, import, and register cars as a side job. i will not register peoples cars that are already imported, as i will not make enough money for amount of time it takes.

My car just got stolen, so I may be getting a nice insurance check. Is it still for sale?

I believe so. The P/S pump I got on my Legacy EJ20G years ago has an electrical valve of some type on the back of it.

this one doesn't for some reason. I'm not sure how it works

coming from the owner of a 1990 legacy wagon swapped 96 jdm full sti swap
with volkte37s I gotta say, this thing makes me grin big! wish I had an orignal
rhd like this with an originial chassis under 100k miles, so legit, this thing has
low enough miles for big potential turbo wise with a build later on or just keepin
it stock.. would be sick stroked out, stiffened up and it's rhd driftin wagon..
just saying either kept classic or not it's worth it for
