I havent seen any online for the wagons. Did some research and called h&r. Call there customer service number and ask for ryan. See what he says. I have a sedan, you may need to go with wrx components.

The springs for the sedan should physically fit as long as they're for the correct application. Since the wagon is a little heavier in the rear, you might get a saggy rear end with sedan springs, but more than likely, they'll be fine.

Those springs u looked at should fit fine. I believe J code meant that it's the BJ code that's for the first gen legacy wagons. Besides, those intrax springs also specifically made for 91 and up legacy wagons, so u should be good to go.

Nice input, I was thinking 16's with a 2in drop, but 17's clear and do you have wheel spacers?

No spacers, I'm not pos of the offset on the wheels, but they're 17x7 with a 205/50-17

Never had coilovers on any of my rides before, I couldnt tell you. I can imagine it won't be as plush as stock, but that's to be expected.
