If everything else is in good shape. Hell yes.
Go junkyard diving.
Looks like it is just the fender, control arm, maybe a strut, possibly an axle. At worst you might have to replace the steering rod, but I doubt it.

That's about $100 worth of junkyard parts and 4-6 hours of work to fix. Go for it!

That car is from Texas. If so, I'm guess you are in Texas as well. I've found that it's a little more difficult finding parts at the junkyard down here compared to how easy it is in other places say the Northwest or even Northeast.
So just keep that in mind.

id first check the frame rails very carefully, and what kind of damage is under the car and behind the fender. make sure theres no tweeks in anything. otherwise it will never drive straight and you will eat tires every 6months or less.

Don't expect to keep it as a future concours contestant, but it's probably worth it. The inner fender that's part of the shell may need a hammer to get a new fender on. Also might need a new headlight housing. Check to see it's not cracked at the mounting points. Make sure the strut tower isn't fucked, too.

Let me break down the potential damage to this car.
1. obviously the fender
2. most likely apron damage (inner fender support)
3. possible hinge pillar damage
4. damage to bracket/area where bumper mounts under fender
5. Tie rod damage, strut, knuckle, bearing, lower control arm will all need to be replaced, potential axle.
Is it fixable? Yes, if you have the time and money to do it. Junk yard finds will be your best friend.
