'03 WRX scoop install

Spent my saturday morning cutting open my hood to fit my newly aquired wrx hood scoop. Painted it matte black as well. Gonna be painting the whole car over the next few weekends at work.
What do you guys think, cause i love it.

hap hazardly lol. The front is secured with the 3 bolts on the scoop, just drilled new holes in the inside layer of the hood. The rear and sides I had to make some custom brackets (more or less along the same thing you did with yours kimo). Its on there pretty securely, doesn't look pretty when the hood is open but I dont really care about that.

And you had your car built by Eric? I'm tryin to remember if i have met you or not. I did a little bit of work for him back in 05-06

No, car was built by keith and the guys at frantic4. I didn't own the car back then though, a buddy of mine did.
