I'm not going to gut it... It's grown on me like a fungus... GF thinks it's gay lol but it reminds me of my old '90 jeep cherokee limited now to pull the motor in the BC and FRANKENSTEIN!

Tell your girlfriend she's gay. Wagons FTW! :-D

What does your GF drive? Get it running and swap cars occasionally. I'll bet money she will still call it gay, but occasional admissions of it's strengths over her car will surface here and there, to the point that she will have indirectly admitted that your wagon is better than her car in every way except that it looks like a wagon :P

Girls hate wagons and hatchbacks. Most of them anyway. The ss definitely grows on them though but you have to make it look sporty and it helps if it can put her back in her seat.

Girls love wagons and hatchbacks, but only when they have slightly taller suspensions and a profile that works harder against their highway gas mileage (aka SUVs).

Girls also love wagons after they've had a couple kids.

Word. I don't get the appeal of an suv. They're ugly and slow and drink gas like crazy. They handle like shit and you can't see out of them very well. Should be a height requirement to drive them.

Ha. But if given the choice they'd choose an excursion over a legacy/forester any day.

Before I got my wagon, my wife was against it, she thought they were ugly. Now that I've had it for 3 years, its HERS now, she took it over. I tried giving her one of the sedans and she still wanted to stick with the wagon. It will grow on them once they understand the versatility and advantages over a sedan.

They'll choose to drive what you give them to drive.
I mean, uhm, the smart ones prefer wagons over SUVs. Sorry, hunny.
