I need a drivers door, or more specifically the locking/latching mechanism and door wiring harness.

yeea he got me squared away, unfortunately, it seems the harness was different somehow. any way i could just get the harness from you? is it from a 5 speed ss?

The spare door mechanism I have is from a post facelift. I swapped my lock cylinder and actuator etc into a post facelift door so I could keep using my key. As far as there being a difference, I wasn't aware of that.

The harness he had didn't work for his car, the plugs were different. I spliced the plugs from both harnesses to make his work but there has to be some sort of difference because his door locks don't work and his stereo went into protect mode

the harness he needs has 2 white plugs, not 1 black and 1 white.
