I have the original 1990 legacy wagon hatch cover, the shade cover really works, pulls out and retracts fine, it's in great condition and can be used on any 1st. gen legacy wagon. These are pretty rare to find, it came with my legacy sti swap and I am always rock climbing, throwing stuff in the car and out so I never needed to use it.
