I have 1994 legacy with manual windows and need to replace the door. Person on the board has door to sell me but it is power windows. How hard would it be to swap the window mechanism?

Easy, the doors are the same the window regulator just needs to be changed. Two bolts on the window (these are easily accessed when the window is almost completely down) pull window up evenly and hold it up. A second person might make it easier. Unbolt the four bolts that holds the regulator on and two nuts that mounts a small slider, I would guess its about four inches long. Then it will fold up and pull out the hole in the bottom. Then reverse the prosess.
Also to lower the window on the power door, the green plug that goes to the power regulator you can put 12v power to the plug one side + and other -, or swap and it will move in the right direction.
I will try to find some pics.

If any one wants to convert, I just picked up a car with manuals.
