Will a wrx turbo back exhaust fit my Ej22t?

No, it is too short. Can a welder uh weld in 6-8 inches of piping, and relocate the hangers? Sure.

I just did this on my 93. Got an 8 inch section of 3 inch and welded that in and cut off one hanger and relocated that back like 6 inches and everything else is fine. If you can't weld bring it to a shop and its pretty straight forward.
