Where does this go/do?

Ive done a fair bit of searching but i just cant find what im looking for, can anybody please tell me what this part is and where the vacuum hoses on it should go?

That's the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) and it goes right next to the throttle body on the intake manifold.
The large vacuum line goes directly into your intake and the two lines on the bottom are for coolant that go from you coolant cross over pipe into the IAC then out into your throttle body.
Essentially without this part your car won't idle.

Seeing as my major vacuum lines are all connected as one(idiot previous owner), Block Breather, Heads, IAC, etc. could that be why my car is idling aroung 1500-2000rpm?

I actually just looked at that thread for help haha. ive been surprised at the number of T-leggy owners ive seen from Colorado on here
