My PES clicking like crazy with throttle pushed?

Sooo I've noticed for about the past month when I rev the car from the engine bay or inside that my clip with two wires(yellow+green) clicks very rapidly and excessively loud until the rpms go down after the rev. A buddy said its just working but it didn't use to click this loud... Should I be looking to replace the wiring part or actual part(the brown one)? No codes and car runs just fine. The wires going into the clip have previously been fixed with that black electrical sealant b/c they were coming out/breaking off before

Are you getting any errors or codes?
I'd suggest trying to run the d-check and see if any codes come up. Also, you can measure the resistance across the solenoid and see how it compares to the factory requirements.
You can d/l the factory manual from me. It has the resistance readings and other info.
