Assistance Identifying Plugs

I have some plugs under the driver's side dash that are not plugged in and I was uncertain what they were.
Left side of dash near the lever for the hood release
Right side of driver's side dash next to the center console
There's one more set of plugs above this second picture, medium sized black ones that look like they match, but are unplugged.
Any help is greatly appreciate! Thanks!

The one wire black plugs are the read memory plugs (checks the ecu for stored codes)
The one wire green plugs are the d-check memory plugs (checks the ecu for active codes)
The yellow plug is the select monitor plug
The big black connector is the subaru factory check connector

The select monitor is Subaru's diagnostic scan tool. I picked one up a little over 10 years ago. It's like Vikash's scan tool, but a stand alone piece of hardware. You also need cartridges for it.
Vikash has pics of one near the bottom of the first post.

Thanks Josh and Someperson.
Last one!
It's like 4 wires to a single plug, plus two leads?? or something....This one is pretty close to the select monitor plug. The two leads appear to have electrical tape around them.

How many seat belt error codes could there be? I thought you needed to replace the whole motor/track assembly if something went wrong anyways.

There are several codes, BUT the computer will only display ONE code at a time. So when diagnosing and fixing a code in the seat belt computer, You may end up with another code which means another problem. it's one of those One by One things.
