codes 11, 13, 22, 45 will start sometimes, 2k idle

Like the heading says, I'm getting codes 11, 13, 22, 45. The car starts sometimes, but usually not. When I get it to start and run, there's an elevated idle at 2k+ and when I blip the throttle it elevates even more and hangs around 3k, but slowly drops to 2k. Any ideas? It's a 93 n/a 5mt from the factory that I just swapped a 22t into with ecu. I've done all the wiring required for the swap, but I'm still stumped! Help me please!!!

I forgot to mention that inorder for the car to start, I've had to ground the fp relay, CEL won't even come on unless I do.

Can you elaborate on what exactly you did with the wiring for the swap?
The ECU should handle grounding the fuel pump circuit. However, once you provide some details on what all you did associated with the electrical that will help in diagnosing.

Swapped the cam and crank sensor positives, negatives, and signals at the ecu. I lengthened the temp sensor lead on top of the boo k, and cut the trans I'd wire going to the ecu. That's pretty much all.

Did you add the turbo specific sensors, MAP sensor, wastegate solenoid, and pressure exchange solenoid? If not, you need to add those turbo specific sensors.

I think my biggest issue is not having the turbo specific engine harness. Can you give me a graphic to correctly plumb those sensors straight into the ecu?

Btw, I have a full FSM from Subaru, I'm just aweful at reading diagrams and I'm not getting any help from my fellow Subaru techs

Those turbo specific sensors are not part of the engine harness and are part of the body harness. The wastegate and pressure exchange solenoids require one lead going to the appropriate ECU pin and the other is a 12v ignition switched source. It doesn't really matter which pin is which. The MAP senor has three wires, and on the factory wiring harness they are shielded wires. Without finding a stock harness to canibolize, your best bet is to probably use microphone wire. It is shielded and you should be able to get it at radio shack.
What year FSM's do you have? Do you have all the books?

Now I'm getting code 49, mass air flow, and the car wont even start. I need to do something soon, this is getting crazy. It's at the shop I used to work at, and I can only get to it on my days off, and its 20min from where I live. Also, I'm supposed to be driving this thing back east at the end of July! Help!!

Ok, did you swap over to the aluminum body MAF sensor? If not, you need to do that. That should help significantly, but you still need to swap the turbo sensors over.
Look at page 94 in book 2, section 2-7. It shows the diagram of how the wiring should be for the wastegate solenoid. Do you understand this diagram?
Page 96 has the diagram for the pressure and pressure exchange solenoid.

Good info, I should be getting the body harness for the turbo sensors, and a second maf from my buddy whom I gave the doner car to. Come to find out, I had misread some pinouts and had things all fubar. After all the wiring was done, we brought it all back to stock and I'm gonna try to run it on the n/a ecu. I may have cooked my turbo ecu in the mix... Hope not. Timing jumped, I cooked the igniter, and now I'm getting codes 12 and 13, starter switch and cam sensor. Which of the two are keeping it from catching? It cranks, but no start.

All the starter switch is, is an electrical wire coming from the starter that tells the ECU when the starter is engaged. You can verify that there is 12v at that pin when cranking the motor. If there is, I don't think anything is wrong with that. I'd suspect more a cam sensor issue.

I've swapped between the n/a and turbo cam sensors, neither had an issue in the cars before. I'm retimed now, new tensioner, just need a new igniter. I'm not getting spark, even with a known good igniter. I'm suspect of the cam issue. It's cranking, so starter issue isn't on the top of my head.
