grounding points under the dash

is there any that i should look for? i was looking at the diagnostic pdf that josh gave me and it shows a tcu ground by the check connector.

I don't recall if it's on both sides of the radio or just the driver's side. but there's a pretty good sized stock ground on the left side of the radio under the shifter trim.

thanx cj that pdf was confusing. there like 3 or 4 unconnected connectors under my dash. i know 3 of them are for but theres a couple i didnt see on the pdf

the color of the connectors are brown 2 wire i think and a small lil black flat connector thats right beside one the bigger test connectors.

That small flat black connector have a wire lose taped up from it about an inch or two? If so thats the seatbelt diagnostic plug. The lose wire when inserted in the correct pin of that plug reads your code for the seatbelt computer. Dont recall the brown plugs.

i cant find the brown plug on the pdf either its way up by the tcu

Oh youre on the passenger side. Then what I just said is related to the drivers side. Take a picture with flash if youre able to and im sure someone will chime in.

That ground on the check connector just provides a ground to the device that hooks up to the check connector. Nothing is grounded through the check connector or any of the other diagnostic connectors.
