Help! Is Rob still around?? (Robtune)

So I've sent Rob 3 emails, all of which have bounced back and I've also sent him private messages on both here and nasioc and can't seem to get him to respond. I am about to pull the trigger and send him money to his Paypal on his website but I really want to make sure he is still around and offering tunes before I send him close to $500. Anyone have input? Should I just go ahead and send him the payment?

Rob is a good guy, but he does get busy.
I would wait until you make contact before sending any money.

Oh no doubt! I've talked with him a bit towards the beginning of the year and he was very helpful. Although the emails aren't going through now. Do you know if he now has a different email address?

I just looked through my email. It is rob.files at gmail
He is prob very busy at work, as the tune thing is his side-hobby. The whole time I was working on getting my tune, I got an email back every 2-4 weeks. 1 week was the absolute quickest.

Yes I can be slow in responding, but on top of that unbeknownst to me, my home email server went TU about a week ago. Comcast decided without notice to block ports that it needs to function. UGH. I have it mostly back up and running, but I lost a few emails along the way.

Yup....Comcast will do that. I had to go with a business account to keep the ports open I wanted to keep open.
