93 n/a 5mt with ej22t swap no spark

I've been through almost every single wire to the ecu after my swap, messed a few things up, fixed them, had the car running roughly, fixed some more issues, and still wont run. My swap was completed as on the 1st of the year, working on it and working on it, and still nothing. I'm currently running n/a ecu with original wiring configuration and n/a maf just to try to get it to fire. I verified my stock igniter went bad, so Ive tried replacing it with 2 other igniters, and still.... Nothing. Timing has been verified a gaggle of times, new tensioner and all, good cam and crank sensors, and after resetting my ecu, I'm getting no codes. Theoretically, this thing should at least fire! I've been broke as a joke since swapping, so my budget doesnt allow for a bunch of parts purchases, and I've been trying to get my buddy to ship me the oe igniter from the car the motor came out of. Any ideas? I really need this thing to be ready by the end of the month so I can drive it to my new home 4 hrs away. I'm desperate!! Please help!!

Have you verified you are getting fuel?

I know you've said timing has been verified a gaggle of times, but just for completeness sake of troubleshooting in this thread, did you use the mark on the back of the timing gear, and not the arrow on the front?

Have you done a continuity check of all the ignition wiring from the ECU to the igniter and the coil pack?

Is the check engine light on with the key in the ON position, but engine not started/cranking?

Can you provide more details on what exactly you did for the swap? I'm guessing this was swapping a turbo motor into your non-turbo 93? So in theory, you didn't touch any of the electrical components since you are running the non-turbo ECU currently, is this correct?

Which engine harness did you use, the one on the turbo motor or did you re-use your non-turbo engine harness and relocate the coolant temp sensor wiring?

Yes to timing questions, went by fsm specs, and had 2 Subaru techs verify. New belt, new tensioner as well. Yes its getting fuel, since my plugs get wet and I'm getting a fuel smell. Just found my optima went dead, won't charge over 11.3 volts. Need a new battery for starters. That's my firstspeedbump I need to get over before anything else at this point. Yes, a 92 ej22t from a 4eat into my 93 n/a 5mt.

Can you provide input on the above questions I previously posted?

Na harness, extended cts wiring, currently running on na ecu. I've messed with the ecu wiring end of it quite a bit, but currently have it back at stock configuration according to fsms.

Have you verified whether you getting any pulse output from the ECU to the igniter while cranking? If you don't have a pulse there I would suspect a crank or cam sensor (likely crank sensor) issue. If you used all the stock na chassis and engine harness, it should work.
