Vented Rotors on H6 rears?

Post by Chrisg03 »

So i already have the H6 rear brake upgrade and i have been researching for hours and i havent found a definate answer .....is it possible to fit LGT vented rotors on my H6 set up? according to the measurements of diameter height etc they are off by one hundreth of an inch on both height and diameter so will they fit? Ebrake is not an issue for me..

The rotor diameter is the same, but the width is not (vented rotor is much thicker), and that is why the LGT rotors won't work with the H6 calipers/brackets.

I can't confirm that, but thought I recalled reading something like that. I do know the 02 WRX stock rims won't fit over the 4-pots as is.

I have seen people running anywhere from 3mm to 10mm spacers to clear. I think the bare minimum is 3mm, but gives you just barely enough to clear. I haven't done this myself, though.
