W/Igniton "On" Fans Cycle On and Off Indefinitely.

If I put my ignition in the on position I can hear two relays click on and off as the fans under the hood turns on for a second and off and on and off over and over to no end. What's going on? Stops when the car is on or I turn the ignition off.

Disconnect the green diagnostic connectors.

Oh....yeah those are connected. Thanks. Stupid tps has a loose connection and its causing a high idle that drops when I put pressure on the harness near the connector.
