My Engine Got A Rod Knock So I'm Looking For A Replacement engine Block but I Can only Seem To Find Ej22 Engine Blocks And No Ej22ts..

You can try and post something in the Parts shed. I don't believe they make the ej22t blocks any more, so finding a used engine either from a previous owner or junkyard is your best bet.
