An 04-07 STi axleback sounds pretty nice, and is pretty free flowing. It's not loud either.

Just run open downpipe for a week and then your fart can will be quiet ;-)

Why not just stick with the ebay listing you posted above?

Its really hard to say without knowing what fart can you have. But it sounds like the Vibram has a good bit of insulation packed in there, based on there description. From my limited experience oval body mufflers are quieter than cannon mufflers in general (which I assume you have since you're calling it a fart can), even with the same 3" straight through design. But both are loud with no resonator. Turbo Subies are naturally VERY loud.

my main deal is its loud drone and hangs low. i saw the megan on e bay too thats why i asked if they were good. my exhaust has 2 small resonators

If you put in a resonator that will help with the drone on the highway.

Define "smaller ones".

This is what the resonator in my exhaust is like

There are also chambered mufflers. A 3" chambered muffler will still flow significantly better than stock and quiet things down a lot more than any straight-through style muffler. The stock exhaust uses no resonators after all...
