Wiring diagrams for bf legacy (VZ legacy)

Hey all.

New to the forum and a big fan of the legacy wagons.
My ride is a 1994 VZ legacy (jap import here in Australia)

Comes standard with a non turbo ej20 quad cam, 4.444 diffs weather shields, roof racks and better climate control,
Anyway I've swapped the engine to an ej20t out of a gt legacy 2.0 (has individual coil packs)
And I'm still using my auto box , its stuck in limp mode, so here's the question,
Can anyone find a gearbox pin out )tz102zd2aa-me)
I have searched everywhere to find one
And a tcu pin out,
And an ecu pin out (gt legacy manual one)

The reason I want these is I can't find a gearbox and need to wire my auto box up to work, I had to swap the wiring looms

The auto gearbox has 2 plugs and the TCU has 2 also,
And I need to figure which wires go where so I can splice them all together so the gearbox works.

Welcome to the BBS!

I unfortunately don't have any diagrams for the Japan import cars. Was the 2.0t from a Japan import car as well? Hopefully one of the other members has some info. Do any of the wire colors match?

I'd also suggest checking out these two forums if you haven't already done so.

Thanks,
And nope none of the colours match, the 2.0t is from 1991 gt2.0 legacy, it has individual coil packs..
Its mind boggling thinking of how to get the gearbox power, I know it has to be connected to the TCU, just need to know what the wires go to, splice them in and wala..

Easier said then found and done.

If the wires were all the same matching colours it may have been easier, as I could match the looms, but manual to auto is harder then opposites...

Let me get this straight: car was originally N/A auto, so you swapped in a turbo and wound up using an MT wiring harness. Now you need to add the extra wiring for the TCU to the auto trans. Is this right?

If so, would you be able to separate the TCU to trans wiring from the old loom and put it back into your car? (That doesn't sound fun by any means, but neither does running all the wires off diagrams!)

Yeah can do, I've traced the TCU plugs/wires and they splice onto different wires, well the colours are different.. But yeah I still have it all

Were you able to find just the TCU diagram or a wiring diagram? I would suggest trying to alter your search method and find the wiring diagrams for that particular year/model and then you should be able to use the wiring diagram to back trace the trans pin outs. If you find the diagram, but need help deciphering it, let us know.
