It's the first car he owned. Started the resto in 2009 and an estimated 1200 hours in to it. Full custom leather interior, Lambo orange paint job, lots and lots of refinished metal bits.
I find myself on the opposite end of the spectrum form/function-wise and the wheels are meh, but the build is still very impressive and possibly unique in the world (at least one of this caliber).

Its amazing to see that much effort put into decking out a car that was originally completely void of any bling, ostentations, or generally showy adornments. It really clashes with the spirit of the car IMO.
Nine the less, its just soooo impressive to see someone put this much effort into making their 1st Gen compete on the show scene without stance or dubs or crazy wings/body kits

Yeah, that's definitely a show car! I admire the amount of work and time he's put into it.
Everyone always tells me I should put my car in a car show or something. The problem with that is the car shows look for bling and only the concerning eye really notices the level of detail put into the fit and function. I've had my car at some local Subie shows and the blinged out "stanced" cars always draw the attention of about 90% of the people out there. So unless you are blinged out, don't expect much if you go into a car show with your car setup heavily on the functional side.

I wouldn't choose that look, but bonus points for dedication and using a wagon.

It nice, job well done but myself i don't have room for a trailer queen. I've built a few for customers and the cost to build one are very expensive. That guy probably has 50-100 grand in that car.
