What are some easy and very useful reductions in weight I can do? I know about spire-tire, tool box, trunk carpeting, rear seats, (passenger seat too), and all little things that arn't kept down. What else could I do to take more weight off? I'm prepping for track days, so any help is nice.

The rear bumper beam is a solid 45 pounds. I was able to cut away from it so that just the little license plate light is used. Same with the front bumper beam, although you need a bit more meat to support the bumper itself.
Cut up the underside of your hood, just don't lean on it anymore.
Lots of extra sheet metal for the rear seat deck and area in the trunk that can get cut away.
Rear doors can be gutted.
If doing track only, you can cut up most of the dash structure to get rid of some decent weight.
That's all stuff I have done on my old rally car, and currently doing on my new one.
