in tank fuel pump connector advice please

so i went to install my new walboro fuel pump and the previous owner glued the white connector to the plug on top.
any suggestions other than cutting the wires and re soldering.

I would just go to the junk yard and crab another fuel pump assembly and the plug with a couple inches of wire from a 91-94 legacy. The white connector you have, Take a picture of each of the wires' location and de-pin them or cut the whole thing off the oval plate and re-pin the wires for the new plug. Install your new pump on the junk yard assembly, and you're done!

k thanks, So ill need to re solder the tips on to the wires to put into the new connector correct?

It depends on if you can extract the pins out of the glued connector. If you can then you can just install them in your new connector. If you cant, then yse solder or use wire connectors.
