Removing the BK wagon rear wing

Okay, so there's two 96-99 style Outbacks in the yard here, and I figured I'd take a go at making the wing fit. But I can't seem to get it off. All my strength won't do much more than budge it, and prying with tools seems like it will break it before it comes off. I got the 3 bolts off, and those two plastic cup things on the back. Any ideas?

If you don't get any replies here, you may want to try SLi,

There's more 2nd gen Legacy owners there that may know.

I think it's only the 3 bolts and the 2 plastic pop in pins.....plus double sided sticky pad stuff. I would hit it with a heat gun and see if it starts to budge a little.

Heat gun is a good idea, but don't know how I'd power it in the middle of a junk yard... its on there good enough that hitting or prying will definitely break it.
