well im ready to just rebuild my engine.. where is the best place to buy a rebuild kit and not break the bank?
also what brands are good and which do i need to stay away from? any special head bolts to use?

I have also heard of robtune cams. are they worth it? what would i have to do to run them?

Common questions - I think the people who rebuild engines on here mostly recommend OEM stuff. subarugenuineparts.com is a volume parts site run out of chaplins subaru up here in Renton. Some of the best prices I've seen.

Are you talking about Delta cams? Robtune is a guy who chips the ej20g ecu's. No personal experience with the former but do a quick search to see what people are saying.

Are you wanting to rebuild stock or for more power?

well im looking to run 12psi, its my daily driver.. i just dont want to worry about it anymore.

Mike-- i will look at that site thank you and you are correct. it was delta cams that i was reading about, i know robtune is the computer modifier

If you're just wanting to stay at 12 psi and have it be a daily driver, I'd recommend staying with stock internals. The forged internals have larger tolerances and may not last as long.
