I recently brought in a HKB OS-103 BOSS Kit that supposed to have a direct fit. However, the gown still won't work, due to that the brass plate behind the hub won't contact with the metal ring on the column, and it is far away.

Have anyone tried this hub and is there any easy solution for the horn?

I have a similar product if not the same and it's also a problem for me to install the hub. It seems it doesn't go far enough on the spline somehow. I can't even get the nut on. I've used considerable force but not too much to prevent ruining the spline. It was a real surprise for me to find that everywhere I looked this product got fine reviews and rates... Now I have a steering wheel on standby until I find a solution.
