My 1993 turbo is running so rich it hardly runs. There is literally gasoline coming out the tailpipe. I smoke tested the engine and there is a ton of vacuum leaks, so as soon as I get the title to the car I'm going to pull the manifold off and get to work repairing all those, but is there anything off the top of your heads that would cause this? Thanks!

I recommend fixing all the vacuum leaks, then resetting the ECU and figuring out what else is wrong. Otherwise you won't be able to accurately troubleshoot.

What Mike said. You will be running in circles until you fix the leaks you see with a smoke test, then lead elsewhere to things that would cause a rich condition.

yep, like I said, first things first the intake is coming off and all the vacuum leaks are getting repaired. just checking to see if there were any ideas specifically as what would cause it to dump that much fuel.

When you pull the intake off, I'd also suggest checking out the injector pintles to make sure they look good and all four are matching. The injector tops should be light pink in color.

The fuel pressure is set for psi relative to intake vacuum. I think its 35 psi or so.
The atmosphere is 14.7 psia
So, if the intake vacuum is 20" and fuel pressure regulator is not getting any vacuum, you'd be pushing an extra 10 psig of fuel pressure at the injectors, because the regulator tries to set it for 35 psi above the reference.
I think its 35 psi or so.
