Spoons air-to-water cooler - 1 step forward 3 back!

Hey boys and girls, I'm eating shit. Got great info back from fuel pump
manufacturer JECS with diagrams and everything. Trouble is, fuel pump is ok
immersed in fuel but water will probably corrode it. Hadn't figured on that.
So I have an extra fuel pump.
DOES ANYBODY HAVE THE INTERCOOLER PUMP MAKE AND PART NUMBER?
Also found more than one source that says the wires off the top of the cooler
are part of a system to activate a warning light on the dash when cooler
water gets low.
Now the bad news. Really went to get a close look at the coolers today and
seems like good ol' Subaru threw me a curve. What I thought would be just
about a straight bolt on job is not. Why? 'Cause the doggone turbo outlet
on the intercooled engine is "clocked" horizontally at 3 o'clock or 90
degrees from vertical. Our USA Legacy turbo outlet is clocked upward at
something less, like 2 o'clock or 60 degrees from vertical. I would have
thought the turbo clocking would be the same and the doggone plastic ducting
varied, but noooo. And most probably our turbo is bolted together in such a
way that reclocking it is not an available option.
So, I will need to, in order (I think) of difficulty or at least expense...
1. come up with new ducting since the stock ducting will not work
2. switch turbo housings maybe, and probably wastegate assembly attachment.
3. switch to EJ20 turbo with correct clocking for intercooler ducting
Actually 2 may be less expensive than 3, but just as, if not more difficult
DOES ANYBODY OUT THERE KNOW IF OUR USA TURBOS ARE VF10 SERIES?
It would be stamped on the side of the turbo housing. The EJ20 VF10 housing
may be the same as our USA version even though the turbo guts are a little
different.
WHO OUT THERE HAS DONE THIS AIR-TO-WATER SYSTEM RETROFIT?
