Felgenwerks dub rroc 16x9 +15 offset

Will 16x9 offset +15 be too hard to fit to a 1994 Legacy SS running Tein Super Street Driving Masters? Its slammed on steelies right now, and the front fenders are rolled from when I ran 17x8 Rotas with a +48 offset, I plan on running the highest stretch needed to avoid rubbing, and I plan on rolling my rear fenders, I want to avoid pulling out the fenders if I can. What do you guys think? To low an offset?
